Current diagnostic target

The RTX 3060 is absent from PCI enumeration. The known missing path is CPU Root Port 2, while CPU Root Port 1 hosts the system NVMe and should be left alone during tests.

CPU root port routing diagnostic map CPU root port two is the suspected missing GPU path while CPU root port one hosts the NVMe drive. Intel ES BGA CPU Q1HY / Genuine Intel 0000 RP1 / 00:06.0 NVMe present RP2 / 00:01.0 GPU path missing NVMe RTX 3060 not in lspci
Diagnostic focus: restore enumeration of CPU Root Port 2 without disturbing RP1/NVMe or known-stable DDR4 2133 Gear 2 memory settings.

Complete settings manual

Every exported BIOS form has a static route under /manual/. Each setting keeps its options, defaults, range data, visibility notes, and permalink.

Diagnostic sequence

The change plan keeps tests isolated: ReBAR, RP2 link speed, detect timeout, clock gating, and power gating are tried one at a time.
